Chedder Cheese Fondue (LOVE this)

This is one of the very first thing I made after I found this amazing cheese from Tillamook Oregon, when we were stationed in Mt.Home AFB (Idaho) http://www.tillamook.com/

1/4 c. butter (if you can find the Tillamook butter use it, its so yummy)
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp salt
alittle black pepper
1/2 garlic powder
2 1/2 c. Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Shred cheese and set aside. With the butter,flour, milk salt pepper make a white sauce. Add cheese alittle at a time, keep stirring until cheese is melted. Serve in a fondue pot on low. Serve with crusty bread.
